David Payne has joined Synovia’s dedicated team of professionals, bringing more
than 30 years of sales and sales management leadership experience to better serve
Synovia clients. In his role as the Southern Region Sales and Marketing Manager,
Payne will be responsible for new business development of Synovia’s Fleet Management
and Software Solutions. Recognized for his contributions to marketing and management
of both high-tech start-ups as well as established marketing firms, Payne is a welcome
addition to the field of proven solutions Synovia offers its clients.
Payne’s background includes senior-level roles in marketing, sales, sales management,
and account management in the marketing, software, health, and information management
industries. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in marketing from the
University of Dayton, Ohio.

Indianapolis — July 8, 2009. Micronet and Synovia have collaborated
in the past year on the development of a fully integrated school-bus fleet management
and student transportation solution, leading to the recently announced significant
project wins by Synovia.
Houston Business Journal — May, 2009. The Houston Independent School
District can now wirelessly monitor its fleet of more than 1,100 school buses and
official vehicles in real-time, thanks to an agreement the district has signed with
Synovia Corp. and AT&T Inc.

the Passenger Accountability System, helps school districts track and manage special-needs

Georgia School Bus Magazine — Fall, 2006. At its fundamental level,
GPS technology will allow districts to remotely monitor where buses travel and what
they do along the way. With some additional options, the system may offer live status
monitoring, student identification, enhanced mapping and routing, and driver payroll
automation.

School Bus Fleet — August, 2005. Although still in its infancy in
school transportation applications, GPS (global positioning system) technology can
be used to do more than just track buses.

(FWCS), in Fort Wayne, Indiana, operates a fleet of 300 buses from two separate
transportation centers. The district's commitment to keep its buses running efficiently

Lafayette, IN — October, 2004. Tippecanoe School Corporation (TSC)
is no stranger to innovation. The district was the first in Indiana to pilot a GPS
system, the first to outfit its entire fleet of school buses, and is now the first
to pilot an integrated GPS and routing solution.
Indianapolis, IN — September, 2004. The Metropolitan School District
of Wayne Township, in Indianapolis, Indiana, has recently outfitted its entire fleet
of 150 school buses with Synovia's GPS hardware.
